Only one account per person/business is allowed when participating in earnings from Kooday(each person/business must have an individual tax id)

To participate in Kooday a member must be able to enter into a legally binding contract with Kooday(this age will vary from country to country)

To participate in Kooday a member must have an AlertPay account.

To participate in and receive compensation from Kooday Profit-Sharing a member must provide accurate and complete information as requested in the profile area of their account.

LIMITING THE GOLD
Kooday have decided to implement two Gold-Credit limiting measures.The first is to take one Gold-Credit away from a person each time they sold a keyword or phrase.This will not be the case unless Kooday decide to later deem it necessary.So for now the accumulation of Gold-Credits will resume as usual.Kooday will however implement part two of the Gold-Credit limiting measure.Kooday have placed a limit on the number of Gold-Credits that are allowed within the system at any given time.Once Kooday reach the maximum amount allowed each member will see a reduction of 10% of their Gold-Credits.These Gold-Credits will be placed into a pool for distribution for the trading of keywords and phrases. Kooday will be monitoring the flow of Gold-credits and will add more to the pool as required.

Scenarios at 10% Gold-Credit Reduction
Scenario 1
Assume that you are a Gold member with 3000 Gold-Credits:

* You would lose 300 Gold-Credits as your part of the contribution to the pool, leaving 2700.

Scenario 2
Assume you are a Diamond with 5000 Gold-Credits with 102 Gold-Reserves:

* Your contribution to the pool will be 500 Gold-Credits.
* They will be first taken from your Gold-Reserves then the balance from your Gold-Credits,leaving 4602 Gold-Credits and 0 Gold-Reserves.

Scenario 3
You are a Diamond with 5000 Gold-Credits with 4000 Gold-Reserves:

* Your contribution to the pool will be 500 Gold-Credits.
* They will be taken only from your Gold-Reserves, not affecting your Gold-Credits, leaving you 5000 Gold-Credits and 3500 Gold-Reserves.

Kooday sees this measure as necessary to keep the value of members efforts and by doing so, keeping profits flowing to them. This was in the design from Kooday conception.

Kooday New Profit Sharing Plan

Kooday will be announcing the new profit sharing plan that will replace the current version.This new profit share plan will start as soon as they officially activated the web crawler.The formula will be announced to members before October 15th.

The web crawler will look at the list of keywords that members have and when it finds them on the internet they will be counted as a good keyword or phrase.Kooday will inform members of the percentage of keywords that have been found. Kooday have made a little change about the snap-shot bonus.Here is the new breakdown of the possible maximum earnings for the Snap-Shot-Bonus:

For each Profit-Share-Credit a member possesses at time of Snap-Shot they will be eligible for $1.

Example: If you had 33,000 Profit-Share-Credits then you qualify for $33,000

For each Gold-Credit a member possesses at time of Snap-Shot they will be eligible for $100.

Example: If you had 1500 Gold-Credits then you qualify for $150,000 plus $50,000 for Profit-Share-Credits.

If you are a Diamond you will qualify for $500,000 for each $1000 you have in value of your keywords up to a maximum of $2,500,000. (There was talk about this being $5,000,000 but this has been changed)

Example: If you are a Diamond and have a keyword value of $5,000 or more you will qualify for the maximum bonus of $2,500,000 plus $500,000 for your 5000 Gold-Credits.

Example2: If you are a Diamond and have a keyword value of $2,000 you will qualify for a bonus of $1,000,000 plus $500,000 for your 5000 Gold-Credits.

Example3: If you are a Diamond and have a keyword value of $500 you will qualify for a bonus of $250,000 plus $500,000 for your 5000 Gold-Credits.

Example4: If you are a Diamond and have a keyword value of $100 you will qualify for a bonus of $50,000 plus $500,000 for your 5000 Gold-Credits.

When?
There is also a confirmed date on the bonus to take place,that is on September 30th 2010.

Keywords Penalty
A keyword penalty is designed to render ineffective irrelevant keywords and phrases in our database.Kooday will examine each keyword or phrase that you own. Once Kooday begin crawling the internet and we cannot find your word or phrase on real websites then a penalty will be issued. The penalty will be the removal of Profit-Share-Credits, Gold-Credits or (dollar value considered) gained by these useless words. Keep in mind that this are only for the qualifications for the Snap-Shot-Bonus and this penalty is not necessarily related to other aspects of Kooday.

Example: If you bought the word (fybi9ubhgcfdgn) and were given 100 Profit-Share-Credits then you will lose the Profit-share-Credits earned for the purchase of this word. When you lose Profit-Share-Credits it will lower the amount that you were eligible at the time of Snap-Shot-Bonus.Make sure your keywords and phrases can be found on real websites.
